Foreign Language Interpretation Services in Malaysia

Interpreting deals exclusively with oral communication: rendering a message from one language into another, naturally and fluently, adopting the delivery, tone and convictions of the speaker and speaking in the first person. It entails the rendering of an oral version of verbal communications that takes place in different environments; from international conferences, seminars and workshops to bilateral meetings, teleconferencing or court proceedings, and interpreter is entrusted with lowering the language barrier and enabling people who have no language in common to communicate efficiently.

Simultaneous Interpretation

Our core activity is the provision of simultaneous and consecutive interpretation services in Malaysia and the S.E. Asian region. Our conference interpreters have extensive experience in international conferences and summits. Operating in the region since 2001, we have organized and participated in numerous meetings of heads of state, international conferences, congresses and other events by providing teams of two and three simultaneous interpreters. We had also provided service countless bilateral meetings, site inspections, factory meetings, court hearings and other events that demanded consecutive interpreters in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

In accordance with the standards set by AIIC (International Association of Conference Interpreters) daily rates apply, as well as travel and other allowances. To date, we have organized the interpretation teams in more than 60 international conferences and events. Our most important event for 2008 so far was the provision of interpretation services for the World Congress of Information Technology WCIT 2008 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia http://www.wcit2008.org in which five interpretation booths were needed (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Arabic and Spanish)

Consecutive Interpretation

In addition to the above mentioned, we provide consecutive interpretation in several languages to clients in need of interpreters for negotiations, bilateral closed-door meetings and other situations where simultaneous services are not feasible or necessary.
